Guest House Kadoyasu

Very friendly, conveniently located and comfy beds! I only stayed for one night, and for that it was ideal.

Would've loved some coffee or tea in the morning (even if it's just instant coffee) - but that's not a critique, just a wish :)

すいている時期だったので、ほぼ貸切で使わせていただいたので、ゆっくり出来ました✨ 清潔で、自炊も出来たので、助かりました。 オーナーさんも優しくてフレンドリーでした。

Value for money was good

We didn’t have a bathroom near our room and we had to climb stairs each time we wanted to use it. The stairs are horrible… The experience wasn’t that good in total

El sitio es muy acogedor, está a 10 minutos de la estación. El anfitrión muy bien, la zona de convivencia también. Te da la opción de alquilar bici por un precio muy reducido. Facilidad para cocinar y comer allí. Todo muy bien.

老闆可以英文溝通，人非常和善熱情，他甚至幫我把寄放的行李搬到房間裡，人也太好了。

二樓廁所真的有點擁擠，一樓廁所比較寬敞(笑)，但也不算什麼扣分項目

The man who is in charge of the hostel is very helpful! You can tell that he is dedicated to giving his guests a great stay. The Hostel itself was equipped with a full kitchen and fridge. There were dishes and a common eating area. The spaces are very spacious with a tiny safe to lock up your important items. The facilities were very clean and well-kept. Something that was different from every single hostel I've been to was the BIKE RENTALS! You can rent a bike there for 500 Yen (~$2) for the day! It was such a great way to experience Kanazawa!! It was a bit further from Kanazawa station than I would've hoped but not too far if you don't have a lot of luggage to carry around.

It is 3 floors!! Please be aware of this because there is no elevator and you will need to use steep stairs to get to your room every day. This shouldn't be a problem for most people but it is not accessible friendly for others. There is only 2 showers in the whole place so sometimes you will have to wait in the evening time for a shower. Something I didn't necessarily enjoy was that the curtains of the bed spaces had holes at the top of the curtains, so if you are on the bottom bunk, anyone who is standing outside of your space can see into your space, so there isn't much privacy on the bottom.
