C'était parfait

La communication pour le menu du soir. Une fois on a attendu 90 min pour le dîner car le serveur ne nous a pas pris au sérieux quand on voulait manger a 18.30 heures. Trop de nettoyage. Et la femme de ménage a toujours déplacé mes affaires, entre autres mon livre que je n'arrivais plus à le trouver.

Swimming pool is fabulous, staff friendly and food delicious. Walking distance into town, short walk to beach. Room service fantastic and very clean rooms.

Privacy from room was minimal as we were close to poolside and bedroom window next to carpark so was a little noisy at times. But the room itself is fabulous. And we would return in future.

Everything and everyone! After the hustle and bustle of Marrakech we had planned for a super-relaxing stay in Marrakech, and Villa Beldi is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are so attentive, helpful, kind and fun. Thank you Oumima, Anouar and all the Food & Beverage team who treated us so well (spoilt us really!), and made our stay so memorable. You are great fun and you run a very slick operation. The Peacock/hen displays every morning were an added bonus! The location is beautiful, a tranquil oasis, stunning grounds and pool. (You may need to grab a pool bed by 11:30 before any Day Pass people arrive - although plenty of space is available around the grounds). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and my gluten free needs were catered for. We had a number of lunches/dinners here too and we were never disappointed. We enjoyed our walks too and from Villa Beldi into Essaouira (around 25 mins), but Taxi's are also easy to wave down in Essaouira, or the Team can book you one from the hotel. A 5min taxi ride. Bed comfort is a very personal thing and I am like Princess and the Pea, however I found the bed here SOOOO comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Le calme, la décoration et les couleurs, le confort de la chambre et du lit, la nature, la proximité avec la ville en taxi, le massage très qualitatif, le personnel chaleureux.

Un peu trop de monde autour de la piscine ce qui perd du côté intimiste. Personnel inégal en terme de service. Repas plutôt bons mais j’aurais préféré plus d’options saines et moins sucrées pour le petit-déjeuner (yaourt nature par exemple).

Het is een hele fijne plek, mooie tuin met heerlijk zwembad, overal zitjes om lekker te ontspannen. Personeel is super vriendelijk, ontbijt heerlijk. Iedere dag leuk en betaalbaar 3 gangen menu. Het ligt op wandelafstand met het centrum. Goed parkeren voor de deur.

Het bed was niet helemaal top en ze maken schoon met hele chemisch middelen. Onze hele kamer stonk ernaar.
