Small room, but very quiet and clean. No breakfast was included. Location was good.

Everything was fantastic, the staff, the breakfast, the location was perfect we walked most the time but also rented bikes. Everything was great, I would definitely book again!!

The room was extremely clean, and smelled like it was just attended. The room was a bit cozy, but nothing we couldn’t handle. AC was cold when we got there, that’s always a positive. Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was a breeze. It was across the street from Blue Heaven, and 2 blocks away from the Hemingway house.

The only thing is that it’s a couple of blocks further away from Duval, which we’re not really used to, but we like walking, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was pastries and yogurt, coffee, tea.

Room was small but as the staff states, are "very cozy" which added to the charm. Room was well clean, color coordinated decor and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as stress-free as possible.

Lights stay on for security reasons and the blinds do not keep light out so room did not get dark at night for sleep. Also, bathrooms are small and showers very tiny for larger people.
