Courtney's Place Historic Cottages & Inns

Location was convenient for walking to Duvall St and the old town attractions. Staff was good to work with for late arrival and they were nice at continental breakfast.

Parking was the only issue we had. They have a small lot that fits maybe 8 -10 small cars. It was full every time we tried to park in it. There is a space near the office to unload, but then we had to find street parking. We were never more than a couple blocks away, but I thought others should know.

The location is great for walking or biking downtown. They have super helpful staff.

The location makes parking a challenge. Would take compact car. We found a parking spot and used uber to get around to areas out of walking or biking.

Everything was near by! Extremely close to Duval. The cottages gave the old town Florida feel! Debbie at the front desk was awesome!

Nothing we didn’t like!

The location was great. Parking was a plus. The staff was exceptional. The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was so convenient for a quick morning bite.
