L’emplacement et le calme, petit déjeuner très copieux

Chambre ne disposant d'aucune aeration (pas de VMC), seule fenêtre donnant sur les escaliers (aucune intimité, vous êtes dans votre lit et les gens passent et vous regardent). L'établissement n'a pas souhaité me donner une facture malgré que je l'ai demandé à la réception à mon départ, soit disant il faut la demander au paiement Attention ni avant ni après !!! Pas de sèche cheveux non plus au passage.

All of the staff members appeared to be quite ill while we were there. From the reception to the kitchen, we could see/hear coughing and sneezing without covering their faces. It was extremely off putting and unsanitary. The reception staff use the couches on the main floor as a place to watch videos on their computers and phones. It made it very uncomfortable for the us as guests. We asked if they could light the fire for breakfast as it was very cold in the winter, but we were told there was no wood. We asked if they could light the propane heater, we were told there was no gas. I’m not entirely sure what we pay for? They did however acquire a small space heater which was enough to take the chill out of the air. The lights were always off; the riad is very dark and uninviting both day and night. Thankfully the rooftop was a bright, quiet place to sit, but it is in desperate need of cleaning and repair. This riad has so much potential but unfortunately we did not feel the staff cared to make it welcoming. We would not stay here again.
