Maison Kasba Bonheur & Bien etre Emma & Gilles

The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly - making this stay feel very special. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and walk in showers. The breakfast is delicious and filling as is the cooking overall at lunch and dinner should you opt for that. I chose to have a massage at the spa and this was also a wonderful experience. Overall, the property is beautiful and a 15 minute drive into the city. I would return in a heartbeat.

I wish I'd had a few more days at this wonderful property.

Alles was netjes, uitgebreid ontbijt, prachtig zwembad en mooie tuin. Ook de ligging tussen Essaouira airport en de stad is voortreffelijk.

We waren de enige gasten. Begin november zou het hotel enkele weken sluiten en wij waren de laatste gasten. Maar niettemin hebben we niets aan service ingeboet.

The kasba is tucked away off the main roads so wonderfully quiet and very safe - perfect place just to kick back and relax in the sun. The garden was superb considering the desert conditions - especially the tortoises. The pool was emaculate and just the right temperature. The house and rooms a wonderful mix of French colonial and moroccon designs. Breakfasts pancakes, cereals, eggs and yoghurt were excellent. However it was the wonderful staff that made us feel right at home. Thanks Fatima for the amazing massage and Giles for all your advice.

Quiet location, stunningly furnished, excellent hosts, beautiful pool, beautiful garden, great breakfast, lovely staff. They did their best to cater for my gluten and dairy free needs. Gilles was very helpful when we had a slow puncture on the hire car. Tortoises wandering the gardens. We were able to eat all our meals there if we chose to (notice required). It was a 15 minute car journey to Essaouira. We had beach not too far away and La Mouette et les dromaderie restaurant a short car ride away.

There was not a great deal of choice for my dietary needs. The bed frame was very noisy whenever we moved in bed which Gilles tried to fix. The mattress was extremely firm, which is typical of Moroccan beds apparently.

Splendide. Un havre de paix, un jardin magnifique, une cusine savoureuse et des petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Et que dire des hôtes aux petits soins et plein de bons conseils pour visiter cette région du Maroc qui vaut vraiment le détour. On recommande chaudement de louer une voiture.

Peaceful place with a very nice swimming pool and for the kids baby-foot, ping-pong and a billiard. Very good food and, with the owners (Emma and Gilles) that tried to make our stay comfortable, our kids didn’t want to leave ! Highly recommendable!!!

Le grand plus de cet endroit est l’accueil parfait réservé par les hôtes, Emma et Gilles. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est royal et toute l’équipe est aux petits soins!
