David's Guest House

David (the owner), his wife, the cooks, and everybody there exceeded all the limits of human kindness. My grandfather had a heart attack there while on vacation. The way they took care of my daughter and family was fascinating. I will never forget how attentive they were. Probably the best thing that happened to us in Georgia was to book a stay in their hotel. But besides this emotional part, the guest house is located in a good area, though at the edge of Kobuleti, but near a clean and calm beach. Enough far from the streets for not hearing the noise and enjoying super fresh air in the morning, but not that far for walking. If you like clubbing, this is not your place, if you want cosy family stay, definitely go

The owner is very charming and regularly made sure we were having a good time at the hotel. The cleaning ladies&cooks were also very nice and polite. I loved the pool at the hotel - during August's heat, it was very pleasant to visit throughout the whole day. Not very large, but enough to swim around for a little bit and relax, even if there are 5 other people at the pool (we were lucky that >5 people was a rare occasion) They also have planned lunches for 20 lari/person which were very convenient - a full meal (salad + soup + something meaty), and we didn't have to think what restaurant to visit And all the trees & plants & flowers near the entrance are very very nice. Every floor (there are 3 of them) has a terrace where you can sit and read a book/hang out (I sat with my laptop there a couple of times)

The breakfasts weren't very diverse, became more and more boring after a week (still tasty though)

Absolutely amazing place! The location was incredible, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The guest house itself had gorgeous design with amazing attention to detail. The owner and hostess, Victoria, was an absolute joy. Incredible energy, welcoming, warm, attentive to the guests and any of our requests. We also really enjoyed the wine that the family makes themselves in another region of Georgia. All around, this is definitely a place we will want to stay at again and again!
