"The property owner was very rude and used abusive language."

I was booked hotel before 4 days of checking but when I had reached hotel then owner said that the room you booked has already occupied and didn't provide me actual room which I have booked and offered me another room with double charge.....please don't go with Mangalayam Homestay otherwise you'll regret
