Right on the Mestia-ushguli trail. Nice garden space to sit and the owner operates a market there aswell. Water fountain available as well

This was the perfect place to stay after a long day of hiking. The owner is super super sweet. In the evening she prepared a whole table full of fresh homemade food for me and the other guests. Very nice to sit at the same table and get to know other people. They have a beautiful and relaxing garden and a shop where you can buy some food for your next hike day. The beds were really comfortable and there were multiple blankets to keep you warm at night.

We arrived quite late in the evening around 8:30pm following our 11 hour hike with no internet signal for most of the day, so were unable to contact the property that day to let them know of our late arrival. When we finally arrived, the front gate was locked but luckily the host heard us and despite the language barrier and misunderstanding that the booked was cancelled (which it initially was and rebooked because I booked for 2026 by mistake) she welcomed us in. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have dinner given the time, but the host must have seen how stressed and tired we were, so she prepared us some rice and little nibbles which she didn’t charge for and let us get ourselves settled. Long story short, the stay was great, the room and facilities were very very clean and tidy. We had breakfast the next morning which was delicious. There was a variety of both sweet and savoury, more than enough to pack away for lunch (even though we didn’t)! I would definitely stay again!

Check out time was supposed to be by 12:00 midday and we wanted to have a longer rest after breakfast but we had to leave by 9am as the host was travelling to mestia.

primero que nada cuando llegamos y dijimos que habiamos reservado, la dueña se nego y queria cobrarnos otro precio (muchisimo mayor) hasta que decidió chequear su telefono y vio nuestra reesva. reservamos mas que nada porque teniamos comida con nosotros y estabamos esperando usar la “cocina compartia” que se especifica en este lugar. Cuando preguntamos, la cocina no existia. la dueña no quiso dar explicaciones!

Прекрасное расположение - сразу при спуске с горы. Огромный, очень ухоженный двор с качелями, гамаком, большой зоной отдыха в тени. На территории есть свой магазин, где можно купить шоколад и напитки. Чистые душевые, чисто в доме, прекрасная доброжелательная хозяйка. Комната небольшая, но для одного человека вполне достаточно. Розетка у изголовья кровати - это очень удобно. Я чувствовала себя как дома. Ужин и завтрак не брала, т.к.отравилась в предыдущем гостевом доме, поэтому качество еды оценить не могу. И, что важно, уже после 8 вечера в доме было очень тихо, что позволило хорошо выспаться.
