Lena house Flores

The location is perfect. I could sit on my veranda and watch the sea. It is a very relaxing location. The owner arranged a motorbike for me which I could return in Labuan Bajo. I am glad that I chose this starting point for my road trip on Flores

It’s on the ocean front in a beautiful part of Flores and is nice and quiet in the evenings with no road noise

The property is lovely, some buildings need some maintenance but not the guest accommodations…. The only thing I didn’t like is something completely out of Lena house control and that’s the amount of rubbish on the beach and in the ocean.. it’s quite disgusting and upsetting… but as already stated what can Lena house do about it? It’s a cultural issue

Very relaxed place right in front of the beach Family is very friendly kind makes you feel at home breakfast is very tasty and food in restaurant is fine i totally recommend this place to everyone visiting maumere region thank you i enjoyed it very much

I rented a scooter with Lena House to drive back to Labuan Bajo and it was all perfect. The scooter was in good condition and did not encounter any issues.

The beach is a bit dirty with lots of trash on it. Very very loud in the morning with roosters and dogs. Earplugs is a must !

We stayed 3 nights (2 full days) in Lena house, run by a lovely family. On the 1st day, Fred arranged for us scooter transport to the starting point of the hike to the top of Mount Egon and picked us up after the hike. Although local guides describe the hike on Egon as 'easy', it was quite challenging for us, but worth the effort. The 2nd day Fred arranged a snorkling trip to Pulau Babi and Pulau Pangabatang: lots of fishes and beautiful corals ! On both excursions, Lena House had prepared a lunch box for us (fried rice, fried noodles and fruits).

The location was brilliant for Mount Egon and nearby beaches. The food at the restaurant onsite was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter and they provide transport to the airport for a reasonable fee, so it's easy to get around

There was no hot water for the shower and there was a wedding nearby, so there was very loud music from 12:30am until 5am. This meant I couldn't sleep before my flight which resulted in a migraine

Great place to relax outside the city rush. The cabins are spacious with your own porch. Our bathroom was also newly renovated. The people are friendly and the owner speaks good english. He's willing to help with anything. The good is good and prices reasonable. This place is far enough from town to be able to relax and slow down. And if you're up for activities you can go snorkeling near babi or hike up the Egon Vulcano. (Experienced hikers but cool!)

I spent one night at Lena House after doing the Trans Flores from Labuan Bajo where I had rented a scooter. The scooter belonged to the guesthouse that's how I got to Lena House. the place is very nice, quiet. the bungalow is new large facing the sea. The food is excellent. In the neighborhood there are fishermen who bring in fresh fish. children play on the beach. This is the warm welcoming Indonesia far from mass tourism. A beautiful address. I regret staying only one night. I highly recommend
