Lydia was a bliss, helpful and friendly. She helped us move to the dam view we wanted but was told on booking there is no such room. The view was heavenly. Its a place to rest next to vaal

They made us spend a night in a wrong room intentionally. The towels in that room had brown marks, we could not use them. They looked dirty

There was no fridge😳 No ironing board 😳 The bed lamps had dust 😔 The shower has grime on the tiles. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Made the most of the occasion we were there for. The Chef and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.
