Very well appointed room with all facilities and items - bathroom had all products. Very clean. Breakfast excellent and parking no problem. Highly recommended.

20 minute walk to city centre however this is through a very leafy and well kept area especially if you take the route by the river Ness. The Eden Court culture centre is on route which has live acts and films.

The host is very lovely and they make wonderful breakfast. The only thing is the walls are quite thin so you have to be careful when entering late at night.

Our stay at Avalon was wonderful, Val keeps the place really well - the room and bathroom was very clean, it had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Breakfast was splendid as well - very professional yet has the charm of a local B&B. We were super impressed and would recommend Val's place to anyone. You'll understand the need for fixed timings when you're there - they really take pride in the place and put in a lot of effort!
