Avalon

Hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Nice touch to have sherry available in the room. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was very quiet and the check in/out was a breeze.

Would have been nice to have blackout shades in the room.

The room was beautiful and well appointed and the breakfast was over the top.

Ik werd heel gastvrij ontvangen en het ontbijt was heel erg goed!

Het is een stukje lopen naar het centrum. Maar langs de rivier geen vervelende wandeling.

Zeer comfortabel en wat een geweldig ontbijt (ook voor bezoekers van het vaste land). Vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters.

In het donker voelde ik toch de aandrang om terugkerend uit het centrum even flink door te stappen.

Lovely stay, room was beautifully presented, warm, aired and clean. All the facilites we needed were readily available. Super breakfast options and cooked and presented perfectly. Thank you Val 😊

Val greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected and very good! It was an easy riverside walk to the city Centre too.

Val and Paul were amazing! Better than I could have expected! Warm, kind environment and everything was super clean and accommodating. Food was on point! Cooked to order and amazing! I was a bit under the weather, and Val offered to make me a hot toddy! You can’t go wrong with these amazing, kind, friendly, awesome people! 10 10 10

A bit away from the center.

My stay at the Avalon was lovely and they were very accommodating when it came to arranging early breakfast before I left for work. No complaints at all.
