Some of the ladies at the front desk were not really friendly. The included breakfast is served in another hotel. the rooms do not have phone, if you need anything you have to walk downstairs or take a busy elevator. the young man helped me with luggage was smoking and talking to me while smoking. they charge me 10 US dollar for an empty bottle of water I accidentally broke in the room, than when I paid with local currency they apply me an outrageous rate, so I ended up to pay 13 dollar (200 MVR) for an empty glass bottle of water, when I asked for the receipt, the lady at front desk ( not the friendly one) said they do not do receipt for that, insane. The entrance is not well maintained. just outside entrance there is garbage bin and they feed cats in an uncleaned area. Also there are 6 parrots just in front of the icom restaurant, those poor animal are constantly chained to their perch, not sure who owned those parrots.

Nothing but the location.

Everything. It is n horrible property and to say it is a budget facility is not even the case. The place should be condemned for vacation. It really spoiled our Maldives holiday experience and I would not recommend it to any tourist

Room with see view was perfect. At the top floor the view was amazing. Room was also elegant. Washroom was fine. Buffet breakfast was nice. The welcome drink was facsinating. They also provide the infinity pool at the icom blue see view hotel.

Little bit overpriced.
