La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile. La villa è moderna, ben arredata e curata. Pulita e dotata del necessario per un buon pernottamento. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti in auto intorno a Macerata.

Edificio molto carino dal design moderno , abbiamo adorato il patio sul quale affacciava la vetrata della casa . Nonostante non fosse accessibile ed utilizzabile comunque aggiungeva un tocco alla zona giorno . Adorabili i gattini fuori . Dal punto di vista dei servizi era completo di tutto : Wi-Fi , netflix , tutto l’occorrente per cucinare . Peraltro proprietaria disponibile ci ha anche permesso di entrare prima dell’orario prestabilito .

la posizione per quanto vicina a Macerata è in una zona residenziale lontana dal mare e che non offre servizi limitrofi senza dover ricorrere alla macchina. Comunque il supermercato è raggiungibile in 5 minuti d’auto .
