1 luxurious room in family home

Location is great, 5 mins from city center

First of many. Host didn't understand why I turned up a half an hour before check-in time (it was raining as hell) and felt kinda awkward, asked her if she wanted me to come back, eventually she agreed to let me in. She asked me to park at the end of the road as neighbours might complain me parking in front of the house. Weird but ok, I did park at the end of the street, the next day I had a nive letter on the windscreen asking me to park elsewhere. Moving on. The house stunk vinegar badly. Not the cleaning amount of it but it was like a vinegar factory. Had to keep the window open all night. The dog was kept away in a separate room but barked every time someone moved. Hosts did absolutely nothing to make me feel good, the whole experience was surreal. The only good thing about it was the location.

Good communication with Martin throughout the booking. He was there to meet us when we arrived. Lovely big room and a good size ensuite. Bed very comfortable. Extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed. The comfortable chairs and small table were ideal for having the cuppa. Walking distance to the main part of Killarney town. Parking at house.

The location is fabulous, a 7 minute walk into town and very close to a lot of attractions.

Il proprietario Martin è molto gentile e premuroso. La camera era molto spaziosa ,comoda e pulita,con tutto il necessario per fare una prima colazione . Inoltre si trova vicina alla stazione e al centro.
