Room allocation and layout and parking facilities.

Broken fixtures in shower, door handle missing and shower door didn't seal shut. Stained utensils in the kitchenette. For health reasons I would prefer sachets of coffee, tea and sugar, rather than open containers that get refilled. For that reason we didn't use the refreshments provided.

We were allowed early check in as out flight from Jhb arrived early, we are grateful for that.

There is no lace curtain for windows, once you open curtains there is no privacy especially room facing main road. We were forced to keep curtains closed and switch lights on, We had to ask for toilet paper, there was only 1 glass for 3 people but they brought on request. Bath mats really old and torn, they can do better.
