Ērta atrašanās vieta. Salīdzinoši tuvu jūrai. Vienkāršs ekonomisks numurs ar ērtībām. Laipns saimnieks. Iespēja sagatavot ēdienu kopējā virtuvē.

Varēja būt tīrāks. Ienākot basām kājām varēja just nesaslaucītas smilts - droši vien nebija izmazgāts numurs. Daudz putekļu neaizsniedzamās vietās, kas kopējo iespaidu par tīrību sabojāja.
