Plantation Surf Inn & Restaurant - Midigama

Close to everything people very friendly the rooms are a great size and comfortable. Quiet Area I would highly recommend to stay here.

Great great rooms (my favorite is on the second floor, just because of the view, but the lower room I had was also great). Super clean and well designed. Food is great and great value, I ate their whole menu. Everyone who works there is super kind and they can help you organize everything you need locally (laundry, surfing, scooters). All while being super fair with the prices.

The host was so kind and helpful. The location is really convenient for surfing and not so touristy but you also can take tuktuk to a lot of beach and tourist spots.

Man kann im Restaurant unten essen. Das Zimmer und das Bett war sehr groß. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett.

The stuff is really nice and always helpful. The location of the accommodation is perfect - just 5min walk to the plantation surf spot. There also restaurants near by but I would recommend to get a scooter. They organize you scooters if you want. You should though check if the lights are working. We had a very nice room on the second floor with see view. We could even see the plantation point break from our balcony. We really loved staying there. We also enjoyed that the hot water was working after our evening surf sessions.

You have to pay 300 LKR (about 1€) for a 1 liter water bottle and there is no shop close by. In a near by local restaurant we paid 200 LKR for a 1.5 liter bottle. The shower in our bathroom was placed in the middle of the bathroom and therefore after showering everything was wet. Fortunately, there is a sweeper to push the water to the drain.
