Il Giardino di Venere

Wir wollten nicht direkt in Palermo übernachten und haben uns deshalb für diese Unterkunft im Vorort mit Parkplatz entschieden – eine grandiose Wahl! Die wunderschöne Villa liegt ruhig, hat einen tollen Pool, einen herrlichen Garten und viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Der Check-in mit Elena war unkompliziert, sie gab uns super Tipps für die Anreise nach Palermo (Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt und in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum!) . Das Frühstück mit Rosamarina war phänomenal. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben als die eine Nacht und kommen hoffentlich wieder. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Localização óptima, a 10 minutos a pé da praia de Mondello. Muito sossegado, óptimo espaço exterior e atendimento muito atencioso. Quartos amplos e camas muito confortáveis.

Nothing, it was perfect

Un endroit très paisible, très bien entretenu et un personnel très accueillant et serviable.

La propriété est très jolie et conforme aux photos du site. Le personnel de l’accueil ou du petit déjeuner sont très sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner plutôt pas mal mais moins fourni que dans d’autres établissements.

Odeur dégoût très forte dans la salle de bains pendant les 3 jours où nous sommes restés ce qui a un peu gâché notre séjour. On a aéré au maximum mais ce n’était pas suffisant. L’interdiction d’amener des boissons ou snacs est plutôt déplacée compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Aucune attention à l’arrivée (eau gratuite dans la chambre le jour de l’arrivée) Nous avons séjourné dans 6 établissements pendant nos vacances en Sicile dont 5 avec Belle piscine. Celui ci est un des plus chers et qui nous laissera le moins bon souvenir des 6. Prix d’un hôtel de bon standing mais pas avec les prestations qui vont avec

Beautiful villa with great service. The staff was very friendly and caring, always were there and happy to help in any situation. Many thanks to them for that.💛 The room was exactly as in the photo, great pool, garden and breakfasts were good.

The things I liked about this property were the garden, the spacious room, and the fact that parking was available.

Unfortunately, there were many negative aspects. The rooms that appear in the photos to be on the ground floor are actually in the basement, and we had to pay extra to upgrade in order to stay on an upper floor. The room was full of ants and there was a strong sewage smell. The breakfast was very poor, consisting mostly of packaged sweets. The rules were also very strict, it was not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside. On top of that, the property is quite far from the beach. Overall, it was not worth the money at all. It was very expensive for what we received.
