- very clean apartment - two ACs working strong and calm - big bathroom - good WiFi connection - central location in old town

The guest house was located in the centre of the historical part of town. Room was very comfortable and well appointed as was the bathroom. It was very close to all sites but also quiet. The coffee machine was in another room which we couldn't really use as it had a very large spa bath in it. To be clear, could use the coffee machine but not the room as the spa was decommissioned (understandable as we hadnt paid for a room with spa bath)! Other than that and a minor issue with checkin, all good.

Minor hiccup on checkin as it's reliant on phone receiving signal or wifi. Message on how to check in sent but had issue with our phones. Had to find a local with a phone to call the owner who kept saying he had sent a message with the details while we were saying we hadn't received as issues with phones. Once in the room and tried to logon to wifi to get further info, the password on the Welcome Note was incorrect had to find local with phone to get correct one. So maybe update the Welcome Note with correct password!

Central location, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful.

Unfortunately the jakuzzi did not work.

The location was perfect! Very close to restaurants, cafes, the port and beach.

We stayed 1 night. We were very nice welcomed by the Host even of if virtually, with received all the necessary info The room was very pretty, clean, and well-equipped. However, it faced a very noisy street, so don't plan on going to bed too early. 😉 Also, avoid choosing the room with the jacuzzi if you're staying only one night. It takes an hour to fill, and you'll need to use it right away since it has a presence detection system that keeps the temperature constant

Too noisy

The property was situated in a great location in Monopoli. They also had a lovely rooftop with a great view! The air conditioning was a plus.

Unfortunately the property listed utilities that wasn’t available to us inside the room - including a washing machine which was listed to be inside the room and had no detergent available, no ironing facilities and no cutlery, kettle etc. The bathroom also made a loud noise during the day and night (assuming a water tank). To use the washing machine on rooftop was difficult as it was covered in heavy bags of dirty linen.
