Location to Anfield is fantastic just 2 minutes walk away.. Pub across the road where you can get pint & pizza for £10. Or there’s a chip shop two doors down.Bus stop next to pub to lime street station. Correspondence from host was excellent. Our room was on the top floor and on a day of 30deg heat it wasn’t too bad using the fan provided we slept well. Room was spotless with towels & shower gel provided.Also even with pub opposite we heard nothing.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be!

The Host was very helpful 🙂 and just amazing really 👏 was. The place was amazingly nice 👌 great peaceful night sleep 😴 💤 comfortable wow no noise best sleep i had in years..

So close to everything realy easy find . Just wonderful 😊 thanks so much. We were able to leave our bags 🎒 the next day until we finished in the area.. wow.

Very close to stadium and the bars the room was good size the beds was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen very clean

Assez distant du centre de Liverpool, et desservie uniquement par bus. J'ai pris une chambre avec une salle de bain privée lors de la réservation, et après avoir payé le propriétaire m'a indiqué qu'il était partagé avec une autre chambre. La douche fonctionnait très bien, mais La canalisation était bouchée, donc l'eau montait vite. J'ai averti le propriétaire.

The location was my prime consideration as I had booked to see the Liverpool Legends charity match. As a lone, female traveller, it was practically on Anfield Stadium's doorstep. I contacted Jemma regarding the availability of luggage storage as large bags aren't allowed into the stadium but check-in time was 3pm - I needed to be at the stadium before then. Jemma replied promptly and said I could check in, on arrival, and sent me the key codes. Problem solved! The property is self check-in. Clean, modern with everything you could need. My room was on the top floor and was very quiet and peaceful, despite being directIy opposite the world famous Arkles pub, (where I had a drink before bed) - friendly and welcoming, I slept really well with a choice of a double bed, bunk bed or single bed in my room. Clean, modern en suite bathroom. There is a we'll-stocked communal kitchen on the ground floor with an honesty box if you help yourself to a bottle of water from the fridge. A jar of cookies is a nice touch. Well stocked with everything you may need. Very clean and well maintained. The icing on the cake, for me, was that when I'd realised, whilst on my way home, that I'd left two silver rings behind, I sent a message to Jemma who said she'd alert housekeeping. My rings were found and Jemma posted them back to me! Thank you again, Jemma! I'll definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

Communication with the owner was exceptionally good. The location couldn't have been better. The room was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen area was equally well kept and supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits.

I could have done with a hairdryer. If there was one I didn't find it.
