Nana the owner is very friendly and responsive, the house near the attractions. Breakfast from Nana's mother is very delicious, especially the home made cakes and jam.

The hosts, Nana and her mother Keti Kapanadze, were exceptional, offering warm hospitality that truly enhanced the experience. The location is sensational, with breathtaking balcony views—one side overlooking the majestic Cathedral and the other offering a glimpse of the historic Jvari Monastery. Situated close to Old Tbilisi, the property allows easy access to charming cobblestone streets, vibrant markets, and an array of delightful restaurants serving everything from authentic Georgian dishes to international cuisine. The serene surroundings, coupled with the rich cultural ambiance of the area, made the stay unforgettable.

Nothing that I can think about

Fantastic owners, sensational location - view from the balcony - on one side the Cathedral on the other Jvari. Could not be better :) Super equipped kitchen. Everything you need to prepare a meal. Bed linen, towels - everything clean and fresh. Room - exactly as in the pictures. Clean, quiet. Comfortable bed. At the end, the hosts treated me to a local delicacy. I recommend this place!

Due to the fact that I combine all trips with remote work, the big drawback was the quality of the Internet. During the day max 10Mbps, and in the evening it dropped even to 1Mbps. Other than that, nothing more.
