Seaview Executive Guest House

Great location and lovely spacious room.

The facilities are very neglected. Furniture broken on various places. Light stand have no Shade cover. All taps in Bathroom loose. Not enough toilet paper in toilet. Had to ask for second Towel. When asked for a plate, was given a chipped plate. The Bathroom needs urgent maintenance. The Basin’s drain was stuck in closed position. The maids will even just remove water with a cloth and clean it just for us to struggle again. Had to use the bath to brush teeth and wash faces. The room had a smell of smoking when we arrived and I had to spray toilet spray in room to make it smell better. When we arrived back on Saturday evening around 7:00pm, there were about 6 people partying in the bottom room and we had to listen to doef -doef music. We wanted to relax at the pool and the site staff were lying on these couches like lords of the estate and we were forced to go and sit with our feet on the pool step. Eventually after 30-40 min we decided to go inside a stage party below just frustrated the lot of us. I was asked if we would like to have a breakfast and I ordered 3 Breakfasts. After a while, I received a message saying that the price of R100 was a mistake pp and it’s now R150pp. I then cancelled the Breakfast only to be notified that that will do it for a R100pp. I have not been shunt around like this for a long time. Not a good stay at all.

I really liked the staff, they are friendly and really helpful. The place is also clean.

First day of arrival we didn't have water but the staff where really friendly and communicated thst beforehand.

Friendly helpful staff The only issue was that the whole towns water was cut. Otherwise very pleasant
