"Lovely stay only thing which is no fault to the owners our orange bag went missing fromt he fridge which had our butter"

"Really modern and well equipped guest house."

Very modern and extremely well kept. Really clean, and anything you may have needed was available.

There was very little parking available due to other inconsiderate parkers also staying at the property, clearly not the property owners fault.

The room was described as deluxe, the walls looked a bit jaded. Paint and damp marks on walls that had appeared maybe due to a leak?

We had an amazing stay, room and facilities were fantastic. We had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic location so close to everything we were amazed! Fantastic value for money. Clean and tidy throughout, lay out and decoration was fabulous. We will definitely stay again when visiting Llandudno. All other guests and families staying were all friendly aswell.
