Location was fantastic, lovely and clean couldn't fault it. Excellent place to stay.

Windows opened extremely wide and had no safety catch to restrict the width , we had 6 & 8 year olds with us and we were very aware of the issue with the windows and had to be on guard as it was very warm.

Betty was especially welcoming, nothing was too much. Relaxed atmosphere, use of kitchen and lounge was brilliant. Room was great, bed really comfortable. Would recommend. Great stay.

Not a gripe, but maybe a WC on ground level would be an idea. Maybe private wifi password more accessible.

The room was really nice and comfortable. It is also around the town centre. The common areas are clean and very accommodating

2nd time we stayed here and it's just so clean and right near to everything it's a great place

Lovely clean room with really comfy beds. Kettle was in the room with a bunch of tea and coffee stuff to use. Small bathroom but had everything you need including a brilliant shower. Downstairs there is a shared living room and kitchen which was really nice. Location of the property is absolutely ideal. A street away from the high street and all the shops and a short walk away from the beach and pier.
