Kingswood Cottage

Chris and Paul were exceptional hosts. They provided every comfort and convenience and breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for us but you would need a car if staying there. The grounds of the house were beautiful.

Very picky but a few more little pots of milk for more than 2 cups of tea. The bed was a trifle soft.

Beautiful location, ideal for walking in the forest and close to Lyndhurst. Lovely cottage b&b with friendly owners and great breakfast.

The area with its natural beauty, very peaceful and comfortable facilities. The Trout for breakfast was exceptional. "Fly fisher lady" as the host is a bonus. You can't get fresher than this.

Loved the personal service - Christine was a wonderful host, helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. The room was cosy and warm, with lovely views of the garden. The location was excellent.

The only thing I'd say is that the TV in our room was very small - a slightly bigger one would be an improvement.

Both Full English and Smoked trout breakfasts lovely and beds very comfortable.

Double glazed windows all blown and shower not very powerful.
