Hôte très sympathique, arrangeant, réactif et attentionné avec des spécialités à notre attention dans le frigo.Maison a étage spacieuse pour 4 personnes avec une vue splendide sur le lac . Calme absolu. Voiture indispensable car maison éloignée de la ville , possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue devant la maison . Accès vers Stresa ou Arona en 20 minutes

Il manque des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres. Les chambres à l’étage sont très dangereuses pour de jeunes enfants car escalier très pentu sans rampe. Le wifi etait quasiment inexistant .

There was no breakfast. The fridge was not clean. There was no staff, only slow whatsapp communications. The whole apartment was hot with no air conditioning and totally unsuitable to the child I was travelling with (upper floors without protections) and to elder people as the stairs were very very steep. The WiFi did not reach the TV set so no cable TV. I tried using my own 4g router but the smart tv was so old that none of the services was working. The upper floor beds were just under the roof and unusable due to the heat. The lower beds were in the kitchen with no protection rom the morning sun.
