Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam Locatie: Op loopafstand naar de souks, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Ruime kamers

Locatie dicht bij een moskee, waardoor we om half 5 wakker werden door het gebed De douche zit in het had. niet mogelijk om staand te douchen

- Very friendly staff - Very accommodating, we had an unplanned early check-in - Nice breakfast, served directly in the suite - Comfy beds and spacious rooms, well decorated

- It was really hard to get a stable water temperature from the showers in both bathrooms of the suite. We were 5 people and none of us managed to take a nice shower, the water was either too cold or too warm or with barely enough pressure. Same problem in the bathroom sink - there is not much privacy in the room, there is only a see-through white curtain between the room and bathroom so not ideal for non-couples

Le Riad est très beau et très calme

Il est assez éloignée de la place Jemaa El Fnaa (20 min à pied) et difficile à trouver. Pas de numéro de portable communiqué à la réservation donc impossible de le joindre pour qu’il nous aide à les trouver.

Le riad est super beau et les chambres magnifiques aussi. La terrasse sur le toit est parfaite pour profiter d'un après-midi au calme et du coucher de soleil. Petit déjeuner très bien et gentillesse du staff

La localisation est un peu loin, 20min à pied de JEMA EL FNA et des différents points d'intérêts mais le quartier est plutôt calme avec quelque restaurants à moins de 10min

La camera era davvero molto fredda. La porta se così può chiamarsi restava semi aperta, quindi entrava aria da fuori.

We stayed at this riad for four nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, from the housekeeping team to the reception staff. Oussama was an exceptional host. We arrived quite late in the evening, but he still welcomed us with tea and biscuits while we checked in, which immediately made us feel at home. We had hoped to have dinner at the riad, but the kitchen had already closed. To our surprise, Oussama later knocked on our door with some food that the kitchen had kindly prepared at the last minute. We were so grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness. Throughout our stay he was very attentive and gave us great tips on how to get around Marrakech and make the most of our visit. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which were slightly different each day and gave us the chance to try a variety of delicious local foods. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Notre hôte nous a donné des conseils. Il était très souriant, serviable, et super gentil. Nous recommandons ce ryad 😊

Manque un peu de « finition ». C’est dommage car il y a un superbe potentiel.

El servicio de todo el equipo fue increible. Alí nos recibió con unas infusiones y pastas y fue genial. En todo momento estuvieron muy pendientes de todo y la comodidad fue absoluta. El Riad por dentro es increible y muy tranquilo. Perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas desde la azotea.
