The aesthetic, the place has potential

Wasn’t very clean, furniture wasn’t up to date and tidy, our air conditioner did not work, had to wait 6-7 hours for management to sort it out.

Personale super gentile e disponibile .. colazione buonissima e abbondante … posizione ottima 5 min a piedi e sei nel vivo del souk …

Best Riad in Marrakech i was. Best staff and beautifull rooms. Also the dinner was very delicious.

MUY AMABLES Y BUEN TRATO, HABITACIONES AMPLIAS Y CON TECHOS MUY ALTOS, PERO PARA EL INVIERNO MUY FRIAS, DESAYUNO ACEPTABLE Y UBUCACION 20 MIN, CAMINANDO HASTA LA PLAZA FNAC, CON TIENDAS DE ALIMENTACION Y ALGUN RESTAURANTE MUY CERCA, PARA COPRAR AGUA O LO QUE SE NECESITE, BUENA CAMA Y HABITACION LIMPIA. VOLVERIA PERO EN VERANO.

EL PRIMER DIA, SACAMOS LO QUE TENIAMOS DE COMIDA EN LA MESA DE LA HABITACION Y CUANDO VOLVIMOS DE DAR UNA VUELTA, PILLAMOS A LOS GATOS QUE SE METIERON EN LA HABITACION, POR QUE LAS PUERTAS SON COMO LAS DE UN GRANERO Y ESTABAN DANDO SE UN FESTIN CON TODA LA COMIDA QUE LLEVABAMOS, ROMPIERON LAS BOLSAS Y ARMARON LA DE DIOS. APARTE SE SUBEN EN LAS MESAS DEL DESAYUNO. DEBERIAN DE TENER UN POCO MAS DE HIGIENE CON ESE ASPECTO.

La gentillesse d'un de nos hôte, le reste était minimum à ce que je m'attendait pour un Riad 4 étoiles.

La propreté, en arrivant j'ai constaté que mes draps était usés, La douche une catastrophe, avec de rideaux tachetées, l'eau apens un fil , un fort odeur désagréable. La chambre très froid. L'établissement dans une quartier lugubre et hors de la Médine.

The room was lovely with a lot of character. It was also super clean and the bed was comfortable.

The level of advice and recommendations from the staff was not great. They didn't go the extra mile or provide the guidance we needed.

L accueil du veilleur de nuit était au top’, le petit dej un délice , un endroit calme et reposant et authentique
