Il RIAD e in una posizione strategica all'interno della medina quindi si gira tranquillamente tutto a piedi, il ragazzo che gestisce il riad e molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale e la colazione nel terrazzo e veramente spettacolare, tuttavia e un peccato che una struttura del genere sia lasciato molto allo sbando (dai bagni delle camere che sono tutti scrostati e vecchi e pieni di muffa come anche le camere e con un forte odore di umidità. diciamo che rapporto qualità prezzo per lo stato in cui si trova la struttura dovrebbe costare meno

En général tout était correct Déjeuner simple mais correct Personnel sympathique et serviable Chambre très basique mais bien et équipements corrects Bien placé

Le rooftop m’a déçu car il n’est pas entretenu et ça ne donne pas envie de profiter là bas

La proximité avec les points importants à visiter à Marrakech Le veilleur de nuit était adorable et très serviable

L’humidité extrêmement présente dans la chambre Elle a besoin d’être sacrément rafraîchie, car l’odeur est très désagréable et constante Également la salle de bain qui a de grandes traces d’humidité sur les murs La literie serait à renouveler également Le petit déjeuner pourrait être davantage traditionnel

The riad was at waking distance to every important spot in the city. The bed was large and comfy as well as the washing room. The rooftop was clean and having breakfast there was amazing. The personnel was kind and helpful and they were flexible to prepare our breakfast earlier when we traveled to Essaouira or in the morning we left for the airport. The breakfast was limited but it well served its purpose. They also helped us organizing the trip to Essaouira. The place is safe and we never had any issue even when we returned late night.

We got the only room at the ground floor hence it was sometimes loud and had this feeling of lacking intimacy. The room has no real windows and this is the reason the room is always dark, completely humid and the towels are always wet. Impossible for them to dry. Due to this there is also a certain smell which is acceptable but it can cause discomfort. The water in the shower has low pressure and you have to wait a couple of minutes until it becomes hot. Despite the fact that we asked several times nobody bothered to empty the trash bin. Not easy to find the place as you have to enter into a labyrinth and nothing is marked so you have to ask somebody most probably but people are friendly and helpful.

Posto molto tranquillo e molto comodo per visitare. Il ragazzo che gestiva era molto discreto e disponibile.

Non ho trovato niente che non andava bene.

Mau cheiro do quarto Falta de pressão da água do chuveiro - de manhã chegou mesmo a não haver água Falta de comunicação dos funcionários - pouco acolhedores, não dão informações básicas do funcionamento da Riad (horário do pequeno almoço, local, etc) Riad descuidada na generalidade Pequeno almoço limitado e fraco
