Lovely host, very clean room and brilliant location

Central, pet friendly. Nice quiet surrounding.. staff 👍 value for money.. having a microwave etc was a bonus for me as didn’t want to go out for food after a long day. 👍👍

Beds could be a little more comfy, very thin matress

We stayed during a heatwave and were a bit worried that it may be too hot. We didn’t need to worry! There is a large garden with garden games set up and so we decided to picnic there and enjoy the sunshine. The hosts set up the table for us and made us feel really welcome. Inside the room, (lovely comfy beds, very clean and lots of treats and breakfast food/drinks which were a lovely surprise) there was an effective fan and as the house is not overlooked, we could keep the windows and curtains open. It’s a bit of a gem! Perfect too for twycross zoo as was only 10 mins max away.

Can’t fault it

Excellent place, stayed there the day before a dog show, dogs welcome at a very reasonable rate, room clean, fridge, microwave in the room, fresh milk in the fridge, little breakfast cereal boxes in the room, how nice is that for a very reasonably priced room, will definitely go back there.

Could hear the road noise a little but did not take away how great the room wad.
