Posizione centrale, pulitissimo, facile check-in e check-out. Molto carino e funzionale l’arredo.

Ho prenotato due stanze per 4 persone con colazione compresa, ho dovuto chiamare per avere le tessere che consentivano di far colazione in una struttura vicina e me ne sono state lasciate solo due, richiamati hanno detto che avrebbero rimborsato le due tessere non utilizzate. Nessun rimborso è stato fatto. Peccato, un po’ di attenzione in più verso il cliente sarebbe auspicabile.
