the location was perfect and it was clean

the price for that night was 82euros but I had a discount from booking to 62euros. No hot water, AC not working, no blanket and an emergency light that was going on and off by itself...had a green light iluminating the whole room the whole night...so not possible to sleep in the dark... I contacted by whatsapp (as there is no one at the place) them to ask where the blankets were and they said there was no blankets for summer and i should just put off the AC when this one wasn't working. I answered that my AC wasn't working and asked them if it was normal that there was no hot water...didn't receive any answer. For the price they ask...I expected the bare minimum of comfort (AC, hot water, blanket, sleeping in the dark) and a minimum of customer service. Sad to say that I had more comfort in a dorm of 30 euros than this room....

Centralissimo, accogliente, comodo, check in e check out rapidissimi e molto semplici. In pieno centro con stazione dei treni raggiungibile a piedi.

L'habitació tenia un llit rodó. En primer moment m'ha semblat petit, al final no ha estat així. Confortable. Hi havia un petit problema amb el dispensador d'aigua del WC, m'han dit que a primers de setembre ho arreglaran.

La struttura è fredda sin dalla entrata. Spoglia, scala senza corrimano, bisogna appoggiarsi al muro. Stanza minimal, polvere e sporco sui comodini, sulle lampade, in bagno dentro e fuori la doccia una riga di sporco. Sedile e asse del water svitato e fuori posizione. Abbiamo subito segnalato il problema del water e ci hanno risposto il pomeriggio del giorno dopo . Il materasso poggia su un piano di legno e quindi è molto duro. Per la colazione bisogna andare in una caffetteria e questo non era segnalato .
