La proprietaria è stata sempre molto gentile e sorridente. Stanza ampia e con tutto il necessario Bagno pulito e ampio Frigorifero nella zona comune Situato in un'ottima zona

Lo scarico del bagno non funzionava. Ho chiesto alla proprietaria, che l'ha rimesso a posto, ma poi ritornava a non funzionare e ho dovuto rimetterlo a posto più volte durante il mio soggiorno. Il condizionatore lasciava gocciolare acqua sul letto

It was difficult to enjoy our stay properly because there were some problems with the AC two nights in a row being disfunctional. A cable was damaged on street level and caused problems at our and some other rooms. Luckily the second night they offered us a solution by staying in a nearby hotel to spend the night. This was highly appreciated as the temperature did not go below 29C. Personnel were very considerate towards us.

The area around is very green in the street and at the garden, but you’re still very much in the city center with all it’s hustle and bustle from nearby streets and commercials.

La zona de la Cañada es muy bonita y atractiva, muy arbolada, llena de restaurantes, cafés, hoteles pequeño y medianos. El hotel colinda con la cañada en un entorno lleno de vegetación y vistas muy agradables. El hotel es sencillo, pero bien montado, no cuenta con muchas amenidades, solo una sala, cocina y terraza común. No hace falta más si lo que uno desea es descasar después de haber recorrido Palenque y sus alrededores. El precio es muy razonable considerando su ubicación.

No tengo quejas sobre el alojamiento. Hubo un desperfecto con una llave de agua pero lo resolvieron enseguida. No pasó a mayores.
