Location was great and Vernon was lovely, couldn’t do enough for us! Rooms spacious and tidy and comfortable. Lots for kids to play with.

Friendly host, clean, quiet excellent location. parking space & could check in early .Great place to stay with children. Ballet room was magical.

We love the Barbie house hotel and Vernon thank you for a wonderful stay and how wonderful you are with are girls they loved ballet and make-up lessons

The perfect retreat for a lovely time

Everything about our stay was wonderful. My 2 daughters were so excited when they seen the pink house. Going through to the house was amazing for my 2 year old when she seen the garden toys. Then Into the house there was dvds toys galore. Vernon made us very welcome letting my daughters go up for make up, toys nails and ballet lessons. It was AMAZING I will definitely return

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit anxious about staying here but was prepared. Vernon was very kind and liked a chat. I would have preferred an en suite but had sole use of a bathroom. Couldn't really call it an apartment with only a kettle although we did have use of the family's kitchen. Very clean.

More suitable for a family with small children. We had our teenage grandson with us who was a bit bemused by the whole experience.

The host Vernon was excellent and made us feel like family. My kids loved the place. He was so helpful and I will definitely go back.
