Brak czajnika. Byłam porozmawiać w tej sprawie w restauracji. Mieli dostarczyć czajnik i na słowach się skończyło. Brak dostępu do pralki czyli wprowadzanie klienta w błąd.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Man holt den Zimmercode in einer Bar ab und läuft dann ca. 5 Minuten zur Unterkunft.

Das Zimmer befand sich in einem alten Wohngebäude im 1.Stock. Das Zimmer selbst in der Wohnung war sehr klein und karg eingerichtet. Das Fenster geht zur Hauptstraße, wo bis mitten in der Nacht viel Verkehr war. Das Bad ist sehr klein und es gibt nicht einen einzigen Handtuchhaken. Es gab weder Badvorleger, noch waren die Handtücher der Personenzahl entsprechend vorhanden. Die Betten waren hart und unter der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bar, die bis in die Nacht Gäste hatte.

It was in a good spot

We arrived 45 minutes after the check in time and the cleaners were still there. We had to leave and go back an hour later. Room smelled like smokers had been there. Kitchen was minimal. No toilet paper in the bathroom-found it in our room later. Our bedroom window couldn’t open more than a crack.

It's not okay with 1 towell for 2 people..... There is only a lamp in the ceeling.... No light next to the bed.... Dont like that you have to check in online, and aften that is fetting your key with a explenation of where your place is.... give ys a man so we can see where it is - thanks

Klid, pohodlné postele, možnost použít kuchyňku.

Možná by bylo jednodušší ubytovaným rovnou posílat kód a ne je piosílat do kavárny která není úplně za rohem.
