la stanza era ottima per due persone. Molto comodo il permesso per poter parcheggiare negli spazi riservati ai residenti. Ho trovato molto piacevole il pensiero di lasciare una macchinetta del caffe e alcune cialde in camera. Molto comoda la possibilità di utilizzare la sala comune dotata anche di tavolo, fornelli, pentole e piatti.

potrebbe risultare difficile l'ingresso in doccia che, sebbene molto grande, presenta un ingresso piccolino nel quale si deve entrare di lato. Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione delle stanze.
