The safe location, the clean room and the warm welcome by the host.

The bed is old and noisy. The shower spills a lot of water onto the floor and a hassle to always have to mop the floor due to that much water.

The room was absolutely wonderful, and as advertised. Hosts were very friendly! Also accommodating; when I forgot a bag after checking out it was easy to arrange to collect it.
