Guesthouse Syntrofia

The location is great; a lake view in beautiful, peaceful Psarades. The bedroom was simple, clean & comfortable. The bed was very firm, which we liked. It was October, and the nights were drawing in, so staff were keen to know that we were warm enough & showed us how to use the heating in the rooms. The woman in charge can speak English & was helpful & friendly. Downstairs is a very good restaurant. We had excellent coffee there in the mornings. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon in October, the restaurant was heaving with day trippers. In the evening, the village shut down. We negotiated an early evening meal which was of very high quality, lots of delicious local specialities. Otherwise, it seems the restaurant often closes in the evening, in Autumn anyway. Best to check or bring provisions as there are no shops, apart from tourist shops.

The wifi in the bedroom was v weak.

Amazing location in authentic village. Excellent tavern on the first floor.

Bed was not so comfortable. But no major issues.

The place looked as though it hadn't had much care for some time, pretty much like the village as a whole. There were rubbish piles near the property. The bedroom lighting was dim. As we were leaving, a man who I guess was an employee as he was sweeping in front of the property asked us for money. We didn't respond.

Που κάτσαμε λίγες μέρες

Καθαρά απλά δωμάτια πάνω στην λίμνη με ωραίους ανθρώπους. Η ταβερνα κάτω από τα δωματια εξαιρετική!!! Ο,τι ζητήσαμε το είχαμε...

Τα μπάνια θα ήταν ωραίο να ανακαινιστουν.
