The receptionist was friendly and very accommodative, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking area is small, needs to be extended to accommodate every car of the visitors

I struggled to park my car when i arrive, the security should take the room numbers of all cars comin to avoid knocking at every door for the owner to wake up t night .

I hope this will find you well, and again I apologize for all the inconvenience caused. From Boingotlo" After this text she did not even bother to book us a room. And she was not available to attend to query. And they could not refund us also

Reception and hospitality is great. Rooms are clean and respectf from the gentleman who helped us.

Please can we have more towels. We booked a family room for 3 adults and had limited towels, no coffee or tea only had one tea bag, no remote for your television

I was cold and had to ask for a blanket, and it was not clean at all .

The fact that the sheets weren't clean and the room is not worth that price

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Checking was quick and easy. It served for our overnight stay.

The bathroom did not have a door. It was an inconvenience when wanted to use a bathroom as a female adult and travelling with my dad.
