The place is clean...the shower is spacious and there's hot water.

Not what i didn't like per se. They couldn't even see my booking.com booking.

The location, easly accessible and very clean and neat

No breakfast was offered. Housekeeper who also filled the role of front desk was totally unhelpful at first. But when I learned that that she was the housekeeper, I understood. She tried her best and even sent coffee and milk to the room the next morning because there was none.

That the owner was eventually called and confirmed that I had paid for a family room. I also felt that the cost of the room was unjustified compared to guesthouses in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs. No apology from the owner at all. One cannot run a hospitality business remotely. I will not be going back there. Also no toilet seat, no towels, no soap which is unacceptable. However, the room was spotless, beds extremely comfortable.

Being able to secure booking online, that was fantastic and effortless. loved it so much thank you.
