Close to the ferry

The room was extremely dirty. There were lots of hair in the bed and the blanket was dirty and obviously not changed/washed for a long time. Once opening the door we have furthermore seen 2 cockroaches hiding under the bed. We were told it is not possible to pay by credit card which is very strange for a hotel. The staff was not very friendly and supportive.
