Location

Grease, dirt everywhere, wet towels in the bathroom straight after last guests. Vomit leftovers on the toilet bowl,used razor blade on the floor, Disgusting place overall, cant describe it in words, worst experience ever, specially that was during Christmas, with my 2,5yr old Son. :( They also refused to refund any money for this absolute disaster. Not recommending to anyone.

Smell on the hall

The area was lovely and the house was stylish. It was in a quiet area.

On arrival we had difficulty trying to access the property it looked like no one was in. After an hour we received a text message asking us to go back into town to a safe outside the booking office frontdoor where we could retrieve the keys to enter the property. There was no lighting in the frontdoor area very hard to see when entering the building. Extremely noisy floorboards, toilet smelled. Window catches not working and the strong winds at night blow it wide open. No cups or tea making facilities just a kettle. Very dusty in the room and communal areas, blind missing on one of the windows we had to hang a towel up so no one could see when leaving the shower. After striping the bed covers when leaving we found the mattress was covered in Staines which looked like blood and urine all over it along with what looked like little black balls covering it and it was well used not very comfortable.
