Not a bad choice for Sighnaghi, with a nice view from the balcony and very good price and attentive host. The rooms were nice.

The place was a bit cold and the kitchen could be better equipped.

Kindest host I’ve had in Georgia!

Easy to find and Access. Also contacted the host and get immediately response. Only 2 minutes and he showed us everything. The room was clean and valid for the money. Of czs u can’t await a 5 star hotel. But for a guest house very comfortable.

Unfortunately nothing to do with owner. But the neighbors are really annoying. One of their child’s had been crying all the time and the mother was whole hell thru the neighborhood. This happens 1 time in the evening and also in the morning for appr. 30 min. May the owner can get in touch with them bcs it affect his business.

Хозяин гостиницы Гио очень радушный. Номер и всё пространство было идеально чистым и просторным,напор воды был сильным,вода становилась горячей сразу,есть все для комфорта на кухне! И масло и чай и кофе и специи,очень много посуды,холодильник! Это место было безумно комфортным!!! Безумно советую,за такую цену. Не было ничего что не понравилось,только супер положительные эмоции.

Excellent and cozy hotel, very clean and recently reopened after renovation. The owner is very friendly. Great location and an excellent view from the room. There’s a large balcony that will be especially cozy in summer, and a kitchen available 24/7.

Классная локация, близко к центру. Из окошка вид на горы. Внутри уютно и светло, в номере с балконом продуманный свет и удобное расположение розеток. Администратор Гио дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Я с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова

L'accueil et les conseils. La cuisine et le salon en commun sont bien agencés avec une belle décoration. Les équipements mis à disposition permettent de se faire à manger. La chambre était propre avec une belle vue du balcon.

Les chiens agressifs dans la rue menant à la location.
