Loved my one night stay here. Sighnaghi is a wonderful little town to stay overnight in and this place was excellent value for money and very centrally located. Quiet at night, with a lovely shared balcony which I seemed to have to myself as I went in low season (August). Very helpful staff who recommend an excellent restaurant called Amo!

Everything was great but just a warning to make sure you have google maps loaded on your phone so you can find it in the dark! I got lost walking back at night as there aren't many street lights. It is very very safe though - I just couldn't find it at night :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fabulous! We made good use of the kitchen and balcony and Gio was very helpful with anything we needed 😊 highly recommend staying here, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Gio was the best host we have ever had which made our stay unforgettable. He provided us the best hints for hidden gems and helped us to discover properly the region. On the top of that the accommodation was very cozy, we had everything what we needed, including a balcony with a wonderful landscape.

If I needed to write sth, one small technical thing: the shower was leaking

The room was very nice and clean, as was the whole house. It had everything you need from kitchen tools to a washing machine, which Gio has offered to use as if it was our home. That leads to Gio who was an exceptional host from the start, directly taking time with us when we arrived to help us out even with question not directly connected to the house or Signaghi. He gave us nice tips for what to do in Signaghi and organized a wine tour for us and helped us with early morning tranaport from Signaghi to Mestia, even calling the bus driver in Tbilissi to make sure everything works for us. We recommend this highly and look forward to returning soon!

Nice, clean and cozy place, enjoyed staying here. Hosts are nice, location is also great, 10 mins walking to the city center but the place itself is actually really quite.

Excellent accommodation option, we stayed for a few nights, everything is nearby, the historical center, 10 minutes on foot, everything is nearby and within walking distance, we walked a lot here, a quiet and cozy place, very thoughtfully equipped, everything was just fine.

Nice house just outside Sighnagi, beautiful view over the city and the walls from the balcony. Big rooms, good bathroom, good kitchen and livingroom to use. All modern and clean.

There were a lot of kitchen utensils. The room was clean. The view is amazing!
