Philia's Guest House

I honestly couldn't be more impressed. Value for money is just beyond expectation. The bed, location, room, bathroom, facilities, everything was excellent. I can not recommend Philia's guest house highly enough.

How hosts were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was available for us to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was extra but well worth it.

guesthouse is very beautiful and comfortable for stay and very close to the center. Owners of the house are very polite and kind persons. I would like to stay there another time too. big recommendation.

Everything is appropriate for the price, even better. There are dogs outside near the street so should be careful.

Phillia and Vako are like your Georgian grandparents. They are super kind even though they don’t speak English. They try their best to help and look out for you. You stay in the room right next to theirs. The house is spacious and beautiful. I had an unfortunate and terrible experience with the guesthouse next door, TMT guesthouse(super unkind and rude, just want your money so please stay away). Philia and Vako were inquiring what happened and looking out for me. They even drove me to my next place.

I liked everything. I would be back!

There was a parking on the street. They received us very well, pretty late at night. The house is big nice with many rooms.

The bed was not too comfortable - a bit squeaky.

The hosts were all lovely! Kind and accommodating despite the language barrier.

Nothing! We had a perfect stay.
