Uma d'Nyuh Homestay

I liked that we were staying surrounded by the rice fields, palm trees and mountain views. This is the closest homestay to the natural attractions here and a short easy walk to the nearby waterfalls and natural waterslide. The staff and locals we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. There is a short 300m walk to the homestay from the road but the staff helped us with our bags and the walk through the rice paddies is so beautiful! The bungalow was clean and had a new indoor bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I highly rate Uma D'Nyuh Homestay. The staff served us a delicious breakfast on on the balcony and I also recommend the nearby Waroeng Juwet tree-house cafe for amazing food.

There was no hot water in the cheaper of the 2 bungalows but a hot shower is not needed as it's so warm here, even the water temperature at the falls and slide were warm.

The staff were very, very helpful and kind! The homestay is located in an amazing spot, within walking distance of all the waterfalls. The waterslide is even closer. You can simply wake up in the morning and walk to the waterfalls, where you'll likely have them all to yourself, without any other tourists around

The wifi was not so stable (but who cares about the wifi in such a beautiful place)

Super lokalita, Přírodní tobogán je asi 500m pěšky. Je možnost využít zvýhodněný vstup na Vodopády a být tam brzy ráno sám.

Na to jak ubytování vypadalo je dost drahé. Byla v ubytování cítit plíseň, venku i vidět. Celé ubytování by chtělo rekonstrukci a hlavně dodělat koupelnu. Ta je v hrozném stavu. Netekla teplá voda.

I spent 2 nights in the Homestay and can recommend it, if you are are searching for a quiet place in the middle of the ricefields. The view is amazing and you can walk to the waterfalls and waterslides. Breakfast times are very flexible and you can book a tour with Gede, who was a great guide.

When I arrived water and electricity were not working, but the staff did their best to get it back. Unfortunately I had only cold water in the shower. The mosquito net would definitely need to be replaced, it has big holes. Unfortunately it was not very clean, but for 2 nights ok.

На фотографиях жильё выглядит сильно приятнее, чем то, что мы увидели, приехав заселяться вечером в темноте. Запах сырости и плесени. Над кроватью висит старинная и никогда не стиранная тюль, наполовину в дырках, наполовину в следах жизни гекконов Бачок в туалете не смывает Решили, что утро не стоит того, приняли решение сесть на байк и уехать в другой район по узкой тропинке. Да, жильё супер недорогое, но и этих денег не стоит. Можно же поднять цену и сделать нормальный домик

Our stay at Eri’s homestay was absolutely magical. The place is unbelievably beautiful, adventurous, and almost fairytale-like. We truly could not believe our eyes when we arrived. The cabin is perfectly located between the rice fields, where you can take a peaceful walk through the paddies all the way until you see the ocean — it is simply breathtaking. To reach the homestay, you walk down a small path, but it is more than worth it. Eri gladly showed us the way himself and even pointed out some lovely little springs along the route. There are plenty of food options nearby, with small local warungs within walking distance, which made everything very easy and comfortable. One of the absolute highlights was visiting the Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls early in the morning. We had the waterfalls completely to ourselves without encountering anyone else — it was an unforgettable and breathtaking experience. The breakfast was delicious, and Gede’s kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special — thank you so much for that! We also arranged transport through Eri, which was excellent value for money. He personally picked us up, took us to visit the places we wanted to see, and the next day drove us safely to our hotel in Kintamani. Everything was perfectly organized and absolutely worth it. If we ever return to Bali, we will without any doubt stay with Eri again. He is such a genuinely kind and wonderful person. Highly, highly recommended!

We really liked the remote location of the property in the middle of nature with rice terraces directly in front of the window. It was also really clean and cosy and the bathroom is perfect and spacious. It was the best homestay we had throughout our whole trip in Indonesia!
