The hotel is in a very beautiful garden in a quiet district. After we saw the garden, we wanted to stay longer. The room was clean and looked like in the pictures. The hotel's owner is kind and ready to help if anything is needed. Breakfast was nice. And it can be cooked to your taste.

Loved everything. Just maybe it would also be great to provide toiletries like small shampoo.

The best shower we have had in all of Sri Lanka. Super nice and attentive host who helped us whenever we had any questions or when we needed to arrange a tuktuk ride. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the accommodation is quiet and clean and the rooms are spacious. Also the breakfast was great - 10/10 would recommend.

This guest house is a small slice of paradise tucked away on a small road in Unawatuna. You are close enough to be a couple of minutes from tuktuks and restaurants , but far away enough for peace and quiet. There are four rooms, all with a table and chairs and loungers on a long veranda. You look out onto a very large garden (4 acres!) which has banana trees, jackfruit, star fruit and a variety of other plants. Wandering through you may also see peacocks among the other birdlife. The room we had was spotlessly clean, the bathroom looked new and was large and well designed. The bed was comfortable and the room contained bedside tables, a wardrobe and best of all a fridge, which was really useful for creeping drinks chilled. The aircon worked well and the room also had a ceiling fan. The host (Mr Laleendra) is very friendly, speaks good English and can arrange tuktuks etc to make your stay easy and enjoyable, and he can also give some insight into Sri Lankan life. The WiFi is via fibre, so is stable and fast, and the breakfast is big (and well prepared). We liked everything about this establishment, there were no issues, the surroundings are idyllic, so would fully recommend it and would give it 11 stars if I could! If you are looking for somewhere to work remotely from, the rooms have a good desk in them, so they would be ideal.

The guest house is located in a quiet location and about a 5-minite walk from Unawatuwa railway station.The garden is very large and beautiful and you'll feel like in the jungle.Rooms are clean and wifi is fast.And also breakfast and dinner prepared by his family are very delisious. Owner and his family were very kind and helpful for our family.We told him we liked mangoes,and he served them to us for breakfast next morning.When we left the guest house,he carried our luggages to the railway station by his tuktuk. The guest house must be the best value accomodation for our stay in Sri Lanka. If we visit Sri Lanka next time,we must stay New Horiday Reach!

Exceptional in all means. The size of the room, the decor, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the privacy, the tranquility of the area, parking on site for our rented car and the owner. Beach nearby just 1.5km. Very close to Galle beautiful Fort as well. Owner offered dinner at 7pm on their New Year’s Day. The best and nicest room we had during our Sri Lanka tour.
