Cama muy incómoda. Desayuno muy sencillo y repetitivo. Está muy lejos del centro de Vila Real.

Tudo. Espaço extremamente agradável, asseado e com bastante espaço acomoda 4 pessoas sem problema. Pequeno almoço top. Simpatia dos funcionários um dos atributos muito positivos deste estabelecimento.

While the service was polite, it remained quite passive throughout the stay, with little proactive engagement or attention to detail. Cleanliness was acceptable at first glance, but overall felt more superficial than thorough, lacking the level of detail one would expect for a truly comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a modest selection, but options were limited, especially for vegans, with little beyond jam and soy milk available.

The location is somewhat outside of town and, contrary to some reviews, not particularly quiet. This is mainly due to the rooms being fitted with single-glazed windows, meaning that outside noise carries very easily - even people walking by on the street can be clearly heard. Combined with an unusually strong smell in the room and a very firm bed, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Considering the overall experience, the price feels somewhat high for what is actually offered.

Room was adequate, breakfast was adequate, good enough for an overnight as passing through. Bonus had a lift.
